I’m a 23 years old Israeli who’s hyped up on Tolkien, Star-Trek and all things geeky. I spend my days working as a software engineer, my evenings as a conniving rogue in World of Warcraft or as a voracious blog lurker on livejournal.com, and my nights dreaming about becoming a space engineer.

I love cats, and lemon meringue pie.

I have too many hobbies. I draw, I sing, I sew, I make jewlery, I role-play in tabletop and live games, I collect stuff (comics, miniatures, books, minions) and I play a lot of computer games and board games. I moonlight as a graphic designer, bet you couldn't tell.

I also, ocassionaly, bring cake unto the unsuspecting. This cake is no lie!

I applied to MIT for the class of ’13, to finally get my lazy butt in gear on getting myself that undergraduate engineering degree. Who knows, maybe come March I'll find out that they’ve actually accepted me… and then I’ll be stuck dreaming about boring old things like exploding sheep and anime dudes with hair that’s bigger than their swords.

A fair warning to you all - I use commas excessively and my sentences are overly long. Written Hebrew supports sentences with no foreseable end rather well and the use of such is actually encouraged in formal writing here in sunny Israel. I suggest you treat every comma, hyphen, parentheses and quotation marks as a precious opportinity to breath while reading my posts.

I also suggest that you give me free food, love and shinies, but as a realistic individual, I'll settle for just free comments.
